A Review of Green Works Natural Dishwashing Liquid
While I was grocery shopping yesterday (8-31-08) I went down the dishwashing detergent isle and I was about to get my regular brand of dishwashing liquid, when my eyes fell upon the new product Green Works Natural dishwashing liquid put out by Clorox. Since I do like the Green Works cleaner very wel
l, I decided to give the dishwashing liquid a try.
I brought the product, and the price was comparable to the brand I always use, and I couldn't wait to try it out. Filling up the sink with water I gave a little squirt in there and it made suds just as well as my ordinary brand. I normally use Dawn dishwashing liquid, which is good on grease. I found Green Works to work nearly as well as Dawn. What I like about Green Works is that is is 99 percent natural, so I am not putting harsh chemicals in my home. I'm really happy with the feel of the water when I put my hands in to wash my dishes. I have sensitive skin and I have to be careful about what kind of dishwashing liquid I use. I am so glad that Green Works came out with a new dishwashing liquid.Green Works products are derived from plant based ingredients.
Did I not say how wonderful Green Works dishwashing liquid smells? It smells heavenly! Green Works dishwashing liquid comes in a variety of scents. I am using the Simply Lemon scent. The product comes also in Tangerine, Water Lily, Original scent and Free and Clear with no scent.
I have been using the cleaner on every surface in my kitchen and bathroom, and on the floors. I have a little Chihuahua, and I don't want to use any harsh chemicals where he could possibly ingest some harmful chemicals. If you have young children that like to play in water when you are washing dishes, I would suggest you try Green Works dishwashing liquid, because you won't have to worry about harmful chemicals getting onto your child's skin. If your water source comes from a well, like mine does, you won't have to worry about harmful chemicals going down the drain and getting into the ground water.
