Aunt Gossford's Baby Green Salad: A Family Recipe Kept Secret Until Now

Take a quick note of the ingredients below. Gather each of these along with a large salad bowl for the green mixture and a smaller bowl for your dressing.
INGREDIENTS:
10 cups of baby green mixture
2 Thin sliced green apples
1 teaspoon minced garlic clove
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 tablespoon molasses
1 minced scallion
2 diced baby radishes
1/4 cup fresh buttermilk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Dash of ground black pepper
3/4 cup walnuts
7 1/2 oz. of fresh goat cheese cut into bit sized pieces
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp. celery salt
DIRECTIONS:
First we are going to mix the baby greens, goat cheese, walnuts and apples together in a large salad bowl. Yes, the apples and baby greens may be cut to your desired size. Next is the dressing: Mix the remaining ingredients together one at a time with a Wisk while periodically adding the olive oil. Continue to mix well with a Wisk until you get the desired thickness and texture. Once completed simply pour the desired amount onto your salad and enjoy! Serves up to 8, perfect for feeding the whole family or social gatherings.
