Instant Energy but Potentially Bothersome Side Effects

I tried Health Tech Energy Strips about two years ago when I saw them at a local 7-11 store. The idea of something with "instant energy" appealed to me but what I was more curious about was if there was a crash when it started to wear off. That's one of the biggest cons to products that provi
de you with instant energy. You are essentially robbing Peter to pay Paul; your body is forced into using stored energy immediately and when the chemical additive, in this case Health Tech Energy Strips, starts to wear off you could find yourself sluggish or even worse, dozing off at the most inopportune times.

If you've used any type of strip styled breath aid, these are basically the same thing except they are dosed with caffeine and taurine. To me they don't have a bad taste and they dissolve almost instantly. If you follow the instructions on the pack you will need to use three of them on the initial dose to get a good quality energy kick. Most people will be able to get away with using two to start with but if you want to feel like you are hitting a hyper state, start with three and have another one every 45 to 60 minutes.

What's the advantage of taking these strips over taking something in a pill form like NVE Stacker? Health Tech Energy Strips dissolve a lot faster and get into your system in a matter of minutes instead of upwards of a half hour. Health-Tech suggests that you take three strips for instant energy then another strip when needed but not to exceed 24 strips in a 24 hour period. The most I have ever taken is about eight of them over the course of a few hours and it was enough to keep me going at the gym or when I was doing stuff around the house.

I like the emphasis you placed here on the highs and lows of using these. Good cautions along with the information.
