Supply List:
Cardstock

Large circle, square or scallop punches
Fishing line
Glue dots, glue lines, or wet heavy duty glue
This is a simple yet very eye catching way to decorate for your party. Choose either white or colored cardstock for your base. Next choose an ink in a color that compliments your party theme. Stamp images all over your cardstock. Next use your punches to punch out the images. I like to take a circle stamp and punch that out, then adhere it to a larger scallop background. Now take your fishing line and measure how much you need to hang from your chandelier, window, or ceiling. Lay it out and take your stamped and punched pieces and place one under the fishing line face down every 6-10 inches. Take a matching circle and adhere using glue dot, glue line or wet glue, sandwiching the fishing line between circles. Tie or adhere to chandelier, wall or ceiling for a finished project.

Decorative tissue paper can be very expensive, but you can make your own at home for pennies. To make your own simply take a sheet of plain gift wrap tissue and stamp images randomly with your black staz-on ink. Once you have finished stamping your images color them in using your markers. If you ant a scallop or other decorative edge use your scissors to trim one quarter of an inch from all four sides. This technique works best on 1 sheet of gift wrap tissue at a time. You can also use this technique to make gift wrap paper. Simply substitute white or craft paper for the gift wrap tissue.
