Surfing is a great sport! Other than jogging, where can you be at one with nature? It's just you, your surf board and the waves. Here are some great fan sites for surfing.

Coastal Watch

Coastal watch is one of my favorite websites. I haven't been in the water for quite a long time but that doesn't mean that I don't want to keep up on things. Coastal Watch offers news about surfing and surf competitions. They are also reviews on surf products and tools.

Though they only provide information on surf swells for Australia, they do offer web cams for surf conditions around the world. So if you want to surf Huntington Beach, you can check the waves out on the live cam.

Surfer Magazine

I remember when surfer magazine just started. Now they have turned into a community. Sure they are reporting on Surf competitions and stories. Sure they offer great surfing photographs. Sure they offer a place to get your next Sex Wax. Come one now don't get perverted. Sex Wax is the wax you use on surf boards so that you don't slip off the thing.

Surfer magazine now offers a place for members to post pictures, chat with each other and be part of the surf competitions. My favorite area is the line up. This is where you can find out what bands are playing at the surfing events and what the writers thought about them.

Surfing Magazine

You can order the magazine here. They are giving away great prizes like skateboards, surfing equipment and music. Surfing Magazine has a news area that gives you a profile on all the hot surfers and the legends. They even cover the amateur divisions because a lot of those amateurs become legends.

Along with surfing comes music. You can catch some great surf video reviews and music reviews. Surfing Magazine offers a great interactive community. Of course you have your classic forum, but you can also send in your videos and pictures. The guys will love "Babe Of The Week". If you love desk top photo's they have an area of over 300 desktops.
