Aerovation makes TSA Checkpoint Friendly Laptop Bags for travel. Your laptop computer can be screened through the bag because of the transparent materials used to make this product. I got one of Aerovation's 15.4 inch Checkpoint Friendly Laptop Bags, which have two compartments that easily come apart from the bottom for the TSA security screening process. Here's my review of this Aerovation product.

I'm very impressed indeed with this technology that keeps my portable computer safer during the security screening process. These TSA checkpoint friendly laptop bags made by Aerovation have made it easier on me and my laptop!

According to the website's video at its homepage, the laptop section contains 8mm (that's 5/16 of an inch) of protection for my laptop. This is because I opted for the Neoprine sleeve (which is optional for the TSA checkpoint friendly laptop bag but which I'd highly recommend). The sleeve has also been made to be transparent so it doesn't obstruct the view of the laptop. Even the Velcro straps that hold the laptop in place in its compartment were made to be transparent! I was told by an Aerovation official that these laptop section components were tested by the TSA and passed.

The snugness of the bag half for holding the computer in one compartment is really apparent. And you won't mistake the two halves' function because inside the half for one's laptop is an easy to read admonition that tells you that you can only put your laptop in it (You can also put their transparent sleeve inside this section, too).

Aerovation makes Checkpoint Friendly Laptop Bags that makes it easier for your laptop to get through the TSA screening process. One of the halves is for the laptop, and the other half is for cords, etc.
