A Republican, pro-American politically star-studded line-up stormed the Republican National Convention Wednesday night. Mike Huckabee, Rudy Giuliani, and Mitt Romney roused the crowd to its feet again and again as they praised John McCain and Sarah Palin and ripped Obama and Biden.

Sarah Palin headlined the Republican National Convention Wednesday night following stirring speeches from the three former Republican Presidential Contenders. Huckabee, Giuliani, and Romney all touted McCain and Palin's experience compared to Obama and Palin's executive experience as mayor and governor compared to Obama and Biden.

Republican Party heavy-hitters praised McCain's knowledge and resolve as well as Palin's. Both were praised as mavericks and reformers who would shake up Washington. The crowd was behind the speakers every step of the way. Energized by the night's events and the vice presidential nominee the Republican crowd was boisterous and obviously thrilled with the nights events.

When Sarah Palin stepped to the podium the crowd could scarcely be quieted. The most popular governor in America also seems to be the most popular vice presidential nominee in recent history.

Palin handled herself with professional candor and eloquent speech. In a historic moment Palin accepted her nomination to be the first female Vice Presidential running mate of the Republican Party.

Her speech was filled with smooth come-backs toward recent attacks from the Democratic Party. In response to allegations that she lacks experience Palin explained, "I guess a small town mayor is like a community organizer, except you have actual responsibilities."

She bragged on her small town heritage, conservative values, and pledged integrity and service to the American people. Responding to the liberal media's ferocious attacks of late she said "I'm not going to Washington to seek their approval and opinions. I'm going to Washington to serve the people of this great country. American's expect us to go to Washington for the right reason..."

She did an amazing job on the speech. Anyone who doesn't think she spoke very well for herself definitely has the blinders on.

I think she is the best candidate for the position she has been nominated.

Yes, someone should tell "dick" chainey that the VP has more responsibilities than community organizers....this will even be news to him...

Yes she was so graceful...I liked how she said that community organizers have no REAL responsibilities......I am sure she told the world how she looks down on the very fabric of our communities.......she really let her real self come through....I am so glad she got that message across so eloquently ....now at least all the community organizers know not to vote for her....

Hi Lenora, I saw your comment on Tony's column and then came here. How come I didn't know about you? Great report. Wish we could get more people to see her through unbiased media eyes.

Seriously, that speech should be shown and taught in communications classes. Not to mention, I believe she has the follow-through and tenacity to pony up to her words.
