Are you one of those holiday scrooges who walk down your neighborhood and reply: "bah humbug?" Does the sight of wrapping paper, Christmas trees, holiday shoppers, or even Santa Claus make you nauseous? If this is the case, then you need to find your way out of your Christmas blues shell and come join the crowd in this joyous holiday season.

One way to enjoy this Christmas season, is to listen to all of the wonderful and bright holiday music. Just listening to fast paced , bright, and joyous upbeat music can give your heart a little flutter. And if you find yourself alone in the car driving down the road, you just might even end up singing along with the tune yourself.

Another way to catch a bit of Christmas cheer is to attend holiday events in your nearby event. Even if you are the type that can't stand crowds, or large groups of people, there's something about being around others at Christmas. Those who might usually seems grumpy, have just a little bit of "kick" to their personality and might even say hello to you. You can try attending small church services up until Christmas day, attend holiday musicals, luncheons, holiday school programs, or anything else that you can find going on in your local area.

If there's a need for some Christmas sprucing in your home, you might start with a tree. If you don't want to go all out and get a large tree to start out with, you can always find smaller trees that you can sit on an in table or kitchen table for a cute accessory. You might even go out a put a couple of stockings up for an extra added touch. If you've never decorated before, this would be a light way to begin without going on overload.
