National Enquirer Touts Sarah Palin Affair Story; Cameron Diaz Deja Vu or Edwards Revelation?
Do You Credit "Unnamed Sources" and Those "Close to" Current and Former Family Members?
Barely has the self-proclaimed pit bull with lipstick finished a rousing speech to the Republican National Convention delegates, and already the National Enquirer claims that it has a honey of a story sure to pull the plug on Sara Palin.National Enquirer Sarah Palin Affair
Among the "40 ways to be richer by next year," the National Enquirer promises insights in Sarah Palin's shady mysteries, including an affair! The Sarah Palin affair allegedly took place with a business partner of her husband - or so the National Enquirer would have you believe - and the UK Telegraph puts it best when it reminds readers that the article is attributed to "unnamed sources."
In its last issue, the gossip rag reported on Governor Palin's pregnant daughter and seemed to have an amazing amount of insight. Giving itself away, it mentioned Mike Wooten, the man accused of reportedly tasering an 11-year old and allegedly threatening Palin and her family after undergoing a messy divorce from Palin's sister. The National Inquirer alleges that it is this situation that has given rise to a number of sources to approach the rag with jaw-dropping allegations.
The salacious allegations will be available from the National Enquirer in a Sarah Palin affair story, and even though the numerous unnamed sources are sure to make for less than factual accounts, it will most certainly give satisfaction to those out to discredit, destroy and smear McCain's running mate while at the same time leave the NE raking in the dough.
But What about the John Edwards Affair?
It would be simplistic to state that the National Enquirer does not get its facts straight sometimes. Take for example the fact that former Democratic nomination hopeful John Edwards and his honey Rielle Hunter had some things to discuss at the Beverly Hilton. When Edwards was ready to leave, the National Enquirer was there, and the rest is a messy apology tour by the former, and lots of tabloid sales by the latter.
How About the Cameron Diaz Apology?

Where is the press when the story broke about 3 gay men, who were murdered within 40 days of each other, that all attended the church that Obama attended.
Where is the press digging into the story about Obama's alleged birth certificate, with the certificate number blacked out, and the embossed seal missing?
Where is the press , digging into the shady deal on the Obama's purchase of their million dollar home?
Where is the press, when a lawsuit against Obama went into motion, alleging he's not a legal citizen of this country?
Where is the press when he was recorded, saying his daughter at 3 loves a rap son, riddled with profanity, offensive lyrics, and is degrading to women?
Where is the press , digging into the story of Obama's middle east connections, and why?
Where is the press, digging into his relationship with Bill Ayres?
All of these stories, and not one has been told by the mainstream media, and some actually deal with our National Security if this man is

Just for clarification, the primary issue with Clinton was that he lied at a Federal Grand Jury hearing regarding a sexual harrassment and rape charge.
As far as Edwards goes, I didn't care about that- that's his problem. The Clinton issue requires context though

i hate stories like these, especially if they aren't true. it makes legitimate stories about palin seem like lies too. there are plenty of real things that should be questioned.
earmarks.
troopergate.
creationism in public schools.
6 years to get a degree in journalism.
banning books.
firing people.
global warming isn't real.
she is way out there in christian right wing land!!!
It will be interested to see if they have any factual information behind the allegations.
