What Happens When You Write a Letter to Sprint Rebate Center

I got my mail one day only to find a card from Sprint rebate center stating that I was ineligible to receive the rebate money for my phone. I purchased the Samsung M520 only because it did come with a $50 and it was a feature full phone. You can imagine my dismay upon receiving this card, this is what I wrote to them via their website.

"I have recently received a card in the mail stating that I was ineligible to receive a rebate because the previous sprint phone was not active with
this sprint number for twelve months.

I am greatly distressed and displeased at the way sprint company has tried to manhandle and cheat me on numerous occasions, attempting to charge me
for sending and receiving pictures when the plan I purchased clearly stated I was entitled to unlimited picture messaging.

But this! this is really getting to me! I spoke with sprint customer service about this before I purchased my phone and they told me I was not
eligible for the discount or rebate since I had activated a new phone within the past 12 months. However after I spoke with several sprint
representatives and chatted with one online, I personally found in the terms and conditions online that a discount is awarded based on whether a
person has agreed to a 1 or 2 year service contract NOT if they had activated a new phone!

Sprint customer service was misinformed and it cost me hours of research and made me very mad, when we finally resolved things and I became a happy
customer again I thought things would be better but then Sprint has the audacity to deny my rebate based on a problem we already resolved. I am most
disappointed in sprint's ability to read their own writing, their ability to provide customer service an follow through on promises.

I hope you, whoever is reading this will work to resolve this problem the right way without causing me further grief and waste of time, and will send
me my 50 dollars. I implore you, do you're homework, you will see that I am right and I do by the statements of sprint deserve the 50 dollars.
