When visiting Atlantic City there are many things to do, many things to see; there are also your choice of the world's best places to eat. Famed chefs and restaurant concepts populate destination cities like Las Vegas and Atlantic City; in part due to their isolation from any semblance of "reality" it's very difficult for people to go out into the world outside the destination. More than that, being a destination spot in a destination city means that people are a lot more likely to take away with them an impressive memory they will carry with them for some time.

Enter Red Square. Found in "the Quarter" at the Tropicana Resort and Casino, Red Square is truly an experience. If you plan on dining here you need to leave yourself a good amount of time; not due to the speed of the service but to really get a feel for the entire experience, it would be wise to allot yourself a fair amount of time.

Red Square allows their guest to "be embraced by the elegance of Imperial Russia." There are statues of Lenin, red velvet banquette seating, political propaganda, and Old Russian icons everywhere: Communism for the 21st Century. If the only way you understand Imperial Russia is through the Scorpions "Wind of Change" video, then you're barely there; if you don't even know who the Scorpions are...well...

Red Square is an experience, as stated earlier, and the reason for this is multi-fold. One of the easiest ways you can "experience" the experience of Red Square is to enjoy any of their multi-course entrees. You get a small sampling of some seven courses including things many of us would never try otherwise. I'm referring specifically to the caviar which begins their seven course meal; it's on the menu elsewhere for two or three hundred dollars; however if you're mere laypeople you may wish to just try this delicacy on their tasting menu.
