It was a clear sunny day, not a cloud in the sky, and in the small city of Pomona, CA, three cats were about to cause some trouble.

"CRASH! BAM! ZOOM!" went my three cats running through the house at ten o'clock in the morning.
"Frisky! Dubby! Goldie! Knock it off!" I shouted to the top of my lungs.

It was a Saturday Morning and there was no way that I was going to wake up early just because they wanted to cause a riot.

"MEOW!" yelled Dubby to the top of his lungs, after he jumps on to the top of my queen bed that I just put clean blue sheets on the day before.

Dubby then lightly bites my face and my neck. He does it to get my attention. He is hungry of course or he wants out. I wake up from my slumber and I look at his food. He has food. I let him outside. He is outside. Another cat comes to greet Dubby. This cat is an Orange Tabby American Shorthair and he and Dubby do not fight each other like other cats have been known to do, in fact, these two have formed a clan. A Tabby Cat Clan.

Dubby is a Blue and Cream Tabby American Shorthair and he is a total alpha male. When Dubby starts a fight or gets into one, he always ends up the winner and the other cat ends up injured.

Frisky and Goldie are cousins and they are both very loving and very content cats, but today was different.
"Errr! Hiss!" Frisky said as Goldie was attacking him. Goldie just wants to play, but Frisky will not have it. He thinks that she is being very annoying. Goldie keeps pushing on until he attacks back and runs away. I grab Goldie, hold her and clam her down as much as I can, but she wants some action.

Goldie is a Tortishell Ragamuffin Longhaired cat. She comes from a breed of all females. There is no such thing as a Tortishell male and there never will be. Why? Well, because Goldie's breed is special. She can mate with any cat and the males will come out looking like the father and the females will come out looking like the mother.

I have had these three cats for 10 years and they have a lot of stories to tell.

I see I am not the only cat lover, :)

I am a cat person also...we have a lot, but live out in the woods. We have inside cats, 6 of them, but we have a pet door so they come and go as they please and we have outside cats who keep the snakes and such away. Loved your story.

I love hearing from other cat people, sorry about your Tabby Superdork.

These kitties sound like fun! It's nice to hear from other cat people. My sweet orange Tabby named Hobbs just passed away a week and a half ago at the age of 3 1/2. I still have a fatty named Toby. Cats are awesome, and I love tabbies!

As someone with 6, yes, six, cats of her own - I can relate to this story!

Oh this brings back memories of my past cats. It can be very interesting when you have more than one. :-)
