Irreverent as ever, Larry The Cable Guy plays a big city health inspector who's perfectly happy covering his usual beat of greasy spoon diners and low-rent ethnic restaurants. But his easygoing life is turned upside-down when he's saddled with a straight-arrow rookie partner (played by Iris Bahr) and assigned the biggest case of his career. He has to investigate an outbreak of mysterious food poisonings at some of the city's swankiest restaurants. While infuriating restaurant owners with his bad manners, Larry still manages to charm a sweet, shy waitress (played by Megyn Price) into a budding romance. But when his unorthodox methods lose him his job, Larry decides to go undercover to bring the conspirators to justice and 'Git-R-Done!'

Adam Sandler plays Michael Newman, a workaholic architect who makes a late night trip to a Bed, Bath and Beyond store for a new remote control. He goes home with a universal remote that literally controls the entire universe. He tries to use the remote to skip through the boring bits of his life and get to the 'good stuff'. Confusion ensues, and in the end Newman comes to realize what his truly important moments are.

Thanks for the tips. Loved the goofy Talladaga Nights. It was the perfect "stupid funny" movie. Lots of laughing out loud. :)

Great list. I can't wholly agree but I did LOVE The Ringer! Have you seen Grandma's Boy? I'm pretty sure it is PG-13.
