Horseback Riding in the Cleveland, Ohio Area

When I think of Cleveland Ohio I think the Browns first and lots of buildings second. But it is not all urban sprawl in the Cleveland area. There are plenty of places to get out and enjoy horseback riding. So get out
and take a ride and soak up some fresh air and sunshine. I will include website links to the places for horseback riding in the Cleveland Area.
Wellington Equestrian Center
The Wellington Equestrian Center is located at the intersection of RT 58 and RT 303 in Wellington Ohio. Among the many things they offer are Summer Camps, Riding Lessons, Boarding and Clinics. They also have their own Horse Show Team.
The Double Deuce Farm
They reside at 11653 Girdled Road in Concord Ohio which is located close to Charlton Ohio. Their horseback riding lessons include English, Jumping and Western. Also offered are clinics and camps, check the website for more details.
Ohio State Park Trails
This website lists information for riding horses in Ohio State parks on bridle trails. There is a good deal of information here for the Ohio Equestrian.
Lookaway Farm
Lookaway farm can be found in Medina Ohio and is a well know Morgan Horse breeder and shower. Family owned and operated Lookaway farm has been going strong for 40 years. They offer stud service, riding lessons and horses for sale. Click this weblink for more details. One of their studs is a 5 time world champion in Park harness and park saddle.

They are located in Medina Ohio and you can see their website here. They are a modern academy that specializes in dressage training. 40 acres of riding trails can be found at this amazing facility. Grand Prix farm Ltd. Also has horse sales along with their other services.
