Well, folks a promise is a promise is it not? I told you that I would come back strong this week and I did. After a solid 12-4 week, we are right back in the driver's seat for the season of NFL football picks. Week four is shaping up as a great one, and expect more of the fantastic finishes that the NFL has been spoiling us with lately.

As usual, if you would like these NFL picks to come to your email every week, just leave your email in the comments section down below the article. Thanks, and here are your NFL picks and predictions for week four!

Cleveland at Cincinnati - The Browns seemed as though they might be shaking out the cobwebs this past week against the Ravens. Then Derek Anderson absolutely fell apart with three interceptions. The Bengals actually had a pulse and almost beat the defending Super Bowl Champion Giants. What a strange match up this is. Who will show up this week? Finally, the Bengals will get off the slide and win one.

Result: Bengals win

Minnesota at Tennessee - The Vikings looked much better in week three against a tough Panthers squad, and Gus actually gave them a bit of a passing game. The Titans look like a first rate team all the way with a super strong running game. The Vikings actually can stop the run, and the offense is starting to click. I still see the Titans having just enough at home to win.

Result: Titans win

Denver at Kansas City - Did I not tell everyone that Denver's Jay Cutler would be the breakout star of 2008? Now people believe. No way the Chiefs can shut down the Bronco offense. No way they have enough offense of their own to keep up. This is going to be ugly.

Result: Broncos Win

San Francisco at New Orleans - Wow did the Niners look good against Detroit. But then again, EVERYONE looks good against the Lions. Ugh. The Saints get back on the winning track in a shootout.

Result: Saints Win

Arizona at NY Jets - This game is a turning point game for the Jets. The Cardinals are much better than the Jets realize, however. Expect them to be just a bit better against the Jets.

Result: Cardinals Win

Biden, I can understand your frustration. I was only 8-5 this week. Future weeks will be better all the time if the last 10 years means anything. Those that are LOYAL and have been with me a long time know that some games simply can not be picked. The Chiefs beating the Broncos? Give me a break. That came out of nowhere. Tough weeks are a part of any prediction source. Nobody picks every game every time. Compared to most, this week was actually pretty decent.

No way Bears will beat the Eagles, Bears don't have enough offence, and there QB stinks.
