Mention the word "visa" to foreigners living in Pakistan and you're sure to get an earful. Fortunately, renewing a tourist visa is a fairly straightforward process. Your original tourist visa is likely a single or double entry visa good for three months from the date of issue. If you plan to leave Pakistan before your visa runs out, there is no need to renew it. If you plan to leave Pakistan within 15 days, you will not suffer any overstay fee or consequences. Simply leave as planned, and if anyone asks you about your expired visa gently remind them that 15 days of overstay is allowed with no overstay fee. Don't bother with the hassle of renewing your visa for only a few days.
