Convenient Service with Poor Grooming

The Aussie Pet Mobile in Houston, Texas has the best customer service around, but when it came time for my dog to be groomed, I was left disappointed. Even before I adopted Euri, my English Cocker Spaniel, I wrote the Aussie Pet Mobile to obtain a quote. The owner responded to me over the weekend - which impressed me - and was very forthcoming with details about their grooming process. He even gave me tips on dealing with my new rescue dog.

The owner told me that there was a groomer (who worked for the Aussie Pet Mobile in Houston) that had experience with English Cocker Spaniels and had been grooming for over 20 years. I was thrilled because I knew that finding a groomer who had experience with English Cockers was not going to be easy, but even so, I was a bit hesitant because of the price. Of course it is more convenient to have a groomer come to your house and groom your dog on your property (albeit it is in their van), but still the price was about $30 more than the average groomer in our area.

I decided to fork out the money to make Euri more comfortable since I was told that Euri had an issue with his nails being cut -but then again what dog doesn't? - and I knew he would be scared in a new atmosphere. So I made an appointment six weeks in advance knowing Euri was coming to me already groomed; however, when Euri arrived, his coat looked too long for the summer heat in Houston. I contacted the owner of the Aussie Pet Mobile and asked if it was possible to move Euri's appointment up and of course he accommodated me.
