Great Raw Juice Recipes Sure to Win Over New Raw Foods Eater!

If anyone is new to the raw foods lifestyle, it may be rather intimidating to say the least. Especially if it's someone that has eaten a great deal of the standard American diet and now wants to change his/h
er health and well being, but is new to the different types of ways to live this way and actually enjoy it.

Juicing is a major part of any rawists lifestyle and below I have put together a some really good combinations for the new beginner rawist that I found eased me into this lifestyle, while tickling their tastebuds a bit along the way. Here they are:

Apple, Carrot
Apple, Carrot, Beet,
Apple, radish (particularly good)..try it on ice!!
Apple, Radish, Beet, Cucumber
Apple, Radish, Celery
Apple, Grape, Beet
Carrot, Apple, Cucumber
Carrot, Radish,Cucumber
Carrot, Beet, Celery
Carrot, Beet
Carrot, Beet, Parsley
Cucumber, Apple, Radish
Tomato, Carrot
Tomato, Carrot, Celery
Tomato, Carrot, Celery, Spinach
Tomato, Spinach, Celery
Tomato, Carrot, Cucumber
Tomato, Celery Cucumber
Tomato, Cucumber

It is probably clear to you here that these combinations include alot of sweeter types of raw foods like carrot, apple, and other favorites like tomato. These are all very easy on the tastebuds, and very refreshing going down. I think you'll also find that celery is a great addition to many combinations of raw juice. Ice is always another great addition to these beverages if you need a a little more help making these more palatable. Eat well, live well, enjoy!!

Great article Lyn. Now come up with one with Kale in it. I've been trying to introduce Kale in to my diet. It's a hard one.

Excellent article! These sound delicious - especially Carrot, Apple, Cucumber. I'm just starting a garden this year so I hope to be getting a lot more raw fruits and vegetables soon.

We bought the apples for the drink and I forgot to get radishes, so we tried tomato, celery and cucumber. Yummers.

We put fruit in the blender before it goes bad (we always buy too many grapes) The carrot is good but too much apple overpowers the drink. Sometimes we throw in nuts too for a mellow flavor. While I'd like a juicer, it doesn't bother me to eat little bits of skin that attach in the blender. Great article.
