r country's economic crisis. Ole Miss is likely quite relieved to have the 9 p.m. Presidential Debate back on, having spent several million dollars on Presidential Debate preparations. Americans will be tuned in at 9 p.m., since according to the Hartford Courant, the Presidential Debate will be aired on nine networks, including BBC America.

You'd have to be living in a cave in America this week to be unaware of the political maneuvering going on with the candidates and Washington lawmakers. The press, America and Ole Miss have been left hanging on the issue of whether or not the show would go on tonight. According to news reports late this morning, John McCain has decided enough progress has been made on the bailout deal and will be at the event tonight as scheduled. The candidates were seemingly at loggerheads on a whether or not the event would go on as scheduled.

Looking ahead: When is the next Presidential Debate?

While tonight the 9:00 PM debate at Old Miss will focus on foreign policy issues, voters can tune in October 7 for the second Presidential Debate to be held at Tennessee's Belmont University. The Belmont Presidential Debate will be moderated by Tom Brokaw, according to Belmontdebate08.com. The debate will be held in a Town Hall format and the audience participants will be undecided voters from the Nashville area.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden and Sarah Palin are set to square off in the one and only scheduled Vice Presidential debate on October 2 at 8 PM CST, 9 PM EST at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Gwen Ifill of PBS' Washington Week and The News Hour with Jim Lehrer will moderate the debate. Gwen Ifill is a veteran moderator having previously moderated the Vice Presidential debate between Dick Cheney and John Edwards in the previous election.

Just watched it - It was pretty unexciting and predictable (not your article, the debate!!!) - various people are calling one or the other a winner.
