The PediPaws Pet Nail Trimmer is a pretty good battery powered rotary tool to file down your dog or cats nails quietly with as little upset to you and your pet.

The PediPaws Pet Nail Trimmer is a simple rotary tool powered by two C batteries to quietly trim your cat or dogs nails without having the nail crushed. Some main complaints I have with trimming my dogs nails is they don't like it and the nail gets crushed too easily or you go too far up the nail with the trimmer.

If you have ever trimmed your pet's nails with those side cutting nail trimmers or the even worse scissor like cheap cutters you have found that the nail often gets crushed. I won't even go into the pain and fear that cutting to the quick involves with both you and your loved one.

Trimming your pets nails should not be a fight nor should it be painful or even that uncomfortable, you can easily trim their nails with a rotary tool like the PediPaws. PediPaws is a much better solution than a regular rotary tool like the Dremel because it has a guard and does not have a really high speed motor.

The PediPaws has a nice speed that does not alarm your pet and get them all scared to even be in the same room, the batteries ensure you have enough power to do the job. The batteries I use are rechargeable so buying batteries is not that much of a problem but I would recommend you invest in a rechargeable battery set if you are going to purchase the PediPaws.

The PediPaws comes with the tool itself, three extra sanding bands and some instructions as well as a help guide for getting your pet used to the tool. The bands will not get worn down very quickly as I have used mine for a month now and am just getting my pets nails down to where they should be.

The band that came on the tool shows very little signs of wearing out but the kit does have three with it and you can always order more. I would also recommend ordering a set of extras right off the bat or going to Ebay to get some before the three included ones wear out.

Buy the Peticure!! This battery operated one is noisy and crappy!! Peticure allows you to buy a 2 year warranty and a battery charger comes with it. Much more power.

I have been wondering about this tool too. Glad I found your rticle. My dog hates to have his feet touched so his nails are awful!
