The Charcoal Companion Amazing Bug Zapper is a handheld bug zapper that helps to kill insects when it comes in contact with the zapper. This is safe environmentally and it is a safe alternative to the sprays used for insects. The current runs through the zapper when it is activated. There is a switch for safety and two button activation for that. This runs on two AA batteries that are activated. This has a unique shape, like the tennis racket and this kills the insects when they come in contact with the bug zapper when they touch the net of the racket. The two buttons on the handle can be pressed and then it is activated. The zapper is safe and can be used for outdoor and indoor use but the zapper has to be activated with caution as on first activation it will cause a shock.

The button is made of a flimsy plastic which often breaks away and it could be a little more durable. Once I noticed big bees boring holes into the wood at the sides of the windows in our house and we found it extremely difficult to kill with fly swatters but the bug zapper works extremely well to kill the destructive bees and helped us to get rid of the problem. You can in fact have one in each room and one for outside. In the summer, the outside of our house is infested with the black widows and their webs are around the doors. And the zapper worked fine to kill the spiders. These kill flies, spiders, moths, gnats, mosquitoes and the hornet or wasp. This is indeed an amazing tool to keep the house clean.
