For those of you who don't own a sewing machine, don't sew, and have never worked with fabric before this Christmas slipcover project for your couch is for you. Purchasing an existing velvet slipcover that matches the general shape of the body of your couch. Go ahead and buy 2 slipcovers or some extra velvet fabric in a coordinating color from the fabric store.
To Make This Simple and Elegant Embossed Velvet Christmas slip Cover For Your Couch You Will Need:
Velvet Slip Cover
Extra Velvet Fabric (optional)
Rubber Ink Stamp in a Christmas design
Iron
Clean damp dish clothe
Now, turn your iron on. You want to take your simple rubber ink stamp and place it on the front of your velvet. Now, from behind simple lay on a damp and clean dishcloth. Pres the iron onto the dish clothe for about 15 seconds.
Do not move the iron or it will make a blurry image out of your Christmas stamp.
Tip: Keep you iron on a medium to low setting. If not you will burn it.
Continue stamping your Christmas designs all over the pre made velvet slipcover. I love a snowflake stamp for this Christmas couch slipcover!

Use upholstery screw to hold the slipcover in place. They look just like upholstery tacks, but they screw into your couch and hold fabric firmly in place where there is no wooden frame blow to put a tack into.
