The best place to try yoga is at a beginners-level class. While you can try learning yoga from a cable show, DVD, VHS or even online, no yoga learning is complete without the interaction of a teacher to show you the way.By taking a class with a learned instructor, you will receive advice and gentle verbal instructions on how to align and position your bodycorrectly, something no technology has yet mastered.
Beginners classes are also intended for the yoga student who has been away from their practice for a while, or for anyone who needs the most gentle style of yoga due to health reasons.
Many yoga studios in Massachusetts offer yoga classes gently paced for the beginning yoga student.
