With the latest political meme being Biden and Palin Bingo and VP drinking games, are we taking the election seriously? Yes and no, and who can begrudge people for a bit of stress relief. Tonight is one of the most anticipated vice presidential debates in history, between two interesting, yet foot-in-mouth prone, personalities. As such, many hangover-conscious, presumably decided, voters have opted for Palin bingo cards rather than hard liquor games. Interestingly, Biden bingo cards have been more scant, but don't despair. You can find or make winning cards to use when both Sen. Joe Biden and Gov. Sarah Palin show the world what they do, and do not, know.

What is the purpose of Palin and Biden Bingo?

The hope is to score with cards that contain the most oft predicted gaffs, propaganda, talking points or puzzling statements. If you've watched Tina Fey impersonate Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live (SNL) or developed jaw muscle cramps during the Katie Couric Palin interviews, "newspaper" names, "Russia from my house" and Supreme Court rulings may seem apropos.

However, if you want to win at Sarah Palin bingo, it might be best to raise the bar a bit. Put simply she's no dummy, even if she plays one on TV. Worldly-wise Biden, with his many years of experience on Palin, readily fumbles. Though most performance bets are on Biden, for good reason, it's anyone's guess how these vice presidential candidates will perform.

Finding Palin Bingo and Biden Bingo Cards

Sarah Palin Bingo cards are available at palinbingo.com and include both premade cards as well as a DIY version. Given that the goal is to predict what Sarah Palin will say, you might be tempted to visit the website, ThingsPalinCanName.com, which is low on world knowledge but high on community and barbs, including taxidermist listings in Alaska.

lol...speaking of Joe Biden cards, at a recent Obama rally, the announcer introduced Biden as "the next vice president of the United States...John McCain!" The crowd was still cheering. It was funny!

I admit to playing along with Debate Drink on Twitter during the VP debate (I was driving across the state during the recent Pres. debate so I wasn't drinking).

Excellent article, Donna! Hilarious, really, the people who call themselves "politicians."

I'm just so glad that Palin rocked the debate. Biden has been saying downright ridiculous things for years, yet Palin, a clear newbie, is constantly under attack. Isn't it more disturbing when a veteran senator misquotes the constitution than when a newbie misspeaks?

You always manage to find the unusual and give it that style this is exclusively you! Love the article.

Now the new game for Palin is "count the winks."

Fun article!! It's amazing what happens when the whole politicking and electioneering is started too early. It feels like we have been in this process forever and a day now. I am looking forward to it finally being over.

I would have enjoyed Bill Clinton bingo cards back in the 1990's when he was up against the wall during his impeachment. Does Clinton make any prominent speeches which can be bingo-ised?
