An organization needs to educate its employees on the importance of compliance and the effects of non-conformances to the employee in particular and the organization as a whole. In cases where an organization has to implement controls for a particular regulation, training is one of the major tasks that have to be taken up. Even after achieving compliance, it is necessary to continue updating them with compliance articles on the latest amendments and benefits of being compliant. Compliance and management of its processes before and after achieving it is best done by having a separate QA group to concentrate on internal audits and closing NC's. A complete cycle of compliance management starts and ends with training and development of employees because without their support the organization cannot achieve 100% compliance to any standard or regulation.
