How Ethics is Related to the Current Energy Crisis

As officials meet to discuss the state, they must bring with them their moral and ethical codes. In the same way, they must leave behind their personal agendas. They must remain accountable, politically neutral, and
socially responsible. Officials must approach the conflicts, which will natural arise, with prudence and courage. Then, and only then, they will be in the right place to: evaluate current laws and regulations for effectiveness, pass new laws that will bring the people closer to harmony, and implement current and new policies and procedures which will influence stability and authenticity for the nation as a whole. It would be possible for the United States to rid itself of the current energy crisis worry, and become a stronger nation, if the members of this social contract would uphold each of their obligations.
