I remember years ago, when most women would dutifully iron clothes after washing and drying them. I can still see my mom standing behind the ironing board for hours at a time, pressing shirts, blouses, sheets, even underwear.

I am not so inclined to be as perfect a homemaker, due to the busyness of my personal schedule. That doesn't mean , however, that I want my husband and myself to go out in public looking as rumpled as two hobos who just jumped off a freight train.

Thanks to innovative products like Downy Wrinkle Releaser, I can have neat looking clothes, without spending half the day with an iron in my hand. I first tried this product about two years ago and have used it on numerous occasions ever since.

I get the 16.9 ounce spray bottle. There's absolutely no complication whatsoever here. Just spritz the clothes item in question, tug or pull it out until the wrinkles are released and that's pretty much it. This is for more casual items, though, because I've tried it on dressier clothes and it didn't work quite as well. For slacks, jeans, blouses and skirts, though, it is a quick, easy way to get clothes looking smooth and smelling fresh.

Another plus for me and my husband is that it comes in a pump spray, instead of an aeresol spray, which is important to us, because of respiratory issues in our household

This product is a Godsend when you have to travel. I don't know about you, but even when I do the neatest packing possible, my clothes always get some degree of wrinkles from lying in my suitcase. There is nothing more aggravating than having to iron something when you're already exhausted from a long trip on the road. With Downy Wrinkle Releaser, no longer do I have to go through such inconvenience. I just do as the directions say, then hang up my clothes, ready-to-wear for my upcoming social activity.

Great review. I was thinking of trying this for my husband's tee shirts which always seem to wrinkle no matter how quickly I get them from the dryer.
