My Avon representative showed me how to apply Smooth Minerals face powder, by using the twirl, tap, and blend three-step method. Using the Kabuki brush, which was specially designed for Smooth Minerals face powder, twirl it in the powder container, gently tap off excess powder, and blend it onto your skin using circular motions. It is best to start at your jaw line and work upwards and then inwards. Several thin applications should get you to your desired look. She recommended using Transparent Glow to set the powder and elevate shine, but I found I did not need it as the powder set fine and there was no shine.
