If four years ago, when Terrell Owens had the most controversy in the NFL circulating around him, you had told me that he would become a team player and a changed man, I would have asked for some of your whiskey because you are apparently too drunk to taste it. He was a horrible teammate and a horrible role model and just a horrible person in general. He is the cocky, self-centered jerk that multiple times was seen yelling at HIS quarterback, Donovan McNabb on the sidelines during the game. I can't imagine how encouraged McNabb must have felt to know that his top receiver had no respect for him and wasn't afraid to make it public. He is the "role model" that did a controversial Monday Night Football commercial where an attractive blonde opened her towel and then embraced Owens in a hug. That is a horrible example to set for children. That is a horrible example to set for anyone. I didn't like this man, but I did have a respect for him.

He was one of the best wide recievers in the league (that is the one aspect that hasn't changed about Owens), despite the hatred between Donovan McNabb and himself. I like watching good football, which would explain why I have been a Dallas Cowboys fan since the day I was born. However, when Dallas wasn't playing it was always very enjoyable to watch the Eagles, not only because T.O. was and is an amazing athlete, but because he likes to keep the fans entertained whether that means doing a crazy celebration after scoring, or yelling how pumped up he is, to the fans. I know that so far, not much good has been said about Owens, but I will say this; he is and has always been very loyal to the fans and is always trying to please them.
