Pamela Anderson Prances Around Stark Naked at Hugh Hefner Birthday Bash; Former Playmate Serves Birthday Cake While Bare-A$$ed!

Playboy Magazine Publisher Hugh Hefner 82nd birthday party was given a certain "Wow!" factor when former Playmate Pamela Anderson strutted stark naked into the room to deliver Hef's birthday cake. Photographs in the Scottish Sun reveal a startled octogenarian on the edge of his second stroke as he oogles Pam's pneumatic boobies.

The birthday party took place back in April but was taped to be a part of the TV reality show The Girls Next Door, which is based on the day-to-day lives of Hugh Hefner's three girlfriends. The episode featuring Hef's birthday party will show a totally nude Pamela Anderson alighting from behind a curtain and bouncing up to Hef to give him a heart-shaped chocolate cake.

The episode was aired on cable TV in North America on October 5th.

The birthday party was held on April 5th at Moon Nightclub, which is part of Palms Casino & Resort in Las Vegas. Pam Anderson, wearing nothing but high heels, tells Hef to blow out the candles. At first, Hef is shocked, and the old fart seems on the verge of a heart attack that will send him straight to heaven as he oogles Pam's big boobs.

Unable to avert his ancient eyes away from Anderson's surgically enhanced breasts, Hefner said, "You're looking good," before blowing out the candles on the cake. Madison allegedly told the press that she is through at the Playboy Mansion, though she will appear in the show int he upcoming sixth season.
