Your smile and laughter will never fade.
Happiness in others is what you made.
Although I believe you're simply asleep,
All I seem to do is weep.

I wore your name tag once,
'Cause I'd forgotten mine.
I will wear you in my heart,
Until the end of time.

When playing cards,
You'd tell me to take a chance.
I'm sure you meant in life,
With that in mind, I think I'll dance.

I'll dance for times we wont have.
I'll dance through the woes.
I'll dance for times we did have.
I'll dance for duck-nachos.

You were made many things,
From your connection with others.
A coworker, a friend,
And even a mother.

You weren't afraid to be bold,
Since your heart was made of gold.
For the many things in life you taught,
Kamsahamnida.

*This is written in memory of Chimin Leong: July 1960 - October 2008
A wonderful lady I was privileged to work with.
Kamsahamnida is Korean for "Thank you".
Sounds like: kahm-saw-hawm-nee-dah
