Fried Pumpkin Seeds

1)Wash Hands2)Get out ingredients: Pam, sunflower oil and salt, and cookie/baking sheet, and measuring cup.
3)Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
4)On a clean sanitized area; table or counter top, cover with saran wrap or parchment paper. This part could get messy. If you wish, sketch design on pumpkin with black marker before carving. Begin by carving circle on top of pumpkin. Put knife away.
5)Take off the top of the pumpkin and dig out seeds separating them from the pumpkin pulp. Run through water to get rid of excess pulp if necessary. You can wrap the pumpkin pulp and refrigerate for later if you like pumpkin pie.
6)Place seeds in small bowl, cover with a 1/4 cup of oil or so depending on how many seeds your pumpkin has, and mix with spoon or hands.
7)Spray cookie/baking sheet with Pam to avoid sticking.
8)Grab seeds by the handful or spoonful and spread out on sheet. Sprinkle with salt.
9)Bake 15-20 minutes. Take out and flip, 8 minutes, using spatula. Drizzle with more oil if dry.
10)Take out of the oven with a baking glove. Let cool for a few minutes, and enjoy.
