Somehow, I gave this individual power over me. I have tried to terminate this person, place this individual on unemployment, suspension, and somehow, memos arrive at the human resources office stating that this person is now reinstated with my signature as well as my fingerprints on it.

Thus, I am now setting up job search spiders at various email addresses. This is a fun and easy (although, not lucrative) thing to do. It is rewarding to me as it eases the workload on my mainly beloved staff here, most of whom do not have nearly the amount of job search experience that I myself do. A lot of that person's subordinates are really, genuinely upset with this individual, permanently. That individual has set people off with many things, including about twenty years of mystery shopping reports using my name. I still remember the time in 1989 when someone at my place of work did something to my vehicle that caused the entire wheel and bearings to fall off the car. It took me until about 2003 to figure out that this had been due to a falsification on an extremely vituperative mystery shopping report, and another five years to decipher this individual's modus operandi regarding how this was done unto me.

After this, I completely cut out my supervisors at work from what would have been an extremely lucrative sideline involving South American goods that I needed their help to handle in house, as I had no idea of what had been going on. I was one of a handful of people that was qualified at the time to handle the process. Subsequently, I began to study other topics, such as biological remediation, something that this third party does not have a clue about, except for the fact that low-flush toilets should have non-biodegradable toilet paper used in the liquid and semi-solid disposal stream. Can you imagine the resultant havoc from this party running around with a few of my credentials? Aha, you know not who I am, well, don't feel bad, neither did about fifty-two couriers over the course of about a year-long study.

Did You Know?
Management is more gentle at removing a fellow manager than the line workers are. I know this from personal experience. Someone in my company will be sharing the learning experience that I was given, and I am locked out of the decision-making process.
