Here are a few games I have my eye on this week and my accompanying picks. All picks made against the spread:

Week 7 NCAA College Football Spreads and Best Bets

Eastern Michigan -1 1/2 at Army-

Matchup of two bad teams here but Eastern Michigan has a little more firepower so I pick the Eagles in this one.

Notre Dame +7 1/2 at North Carolina-

The Irish haven't shown much this year in garnering some lucky and also unimpressive wins. North Carolina's fans will be fired up for this one in what could be a big program win for Butch Davis. I like UNC.

Oklahoma State +14 at Missouri-

The Tigers are on a different level. They have too many explosive playmakers for OSU and that's why I'm picking them big at home this week.

Rutgers +7 1/2 at Cincinnati-

I like the Bearcats at home by ten points in this one because they have a swarming, opportunistic defense that will overwhelm the Scarlet Knights in front of the rabid home crowd.

Toledo +16 1/2 at Michigan-

The Wolverines haven't proven they can blow anybody out yet. I'd go with Toledo, who has a high-scoring offense.
