As we all sat breathless behind our television screens trying to pull some amount of clarity to the presidential candidates positions, there needs to be some way to pull out some reality as to what the candidates are saying. The following is an analysis of four positions of the candidates as pulled down from their websites. Barack Obama and John McCain are both good men and either would likely do well by the country. But their websites offer a stark bit of insight.Barak Obama:

Taxes: Lower taxes for those making less than $250,000 to 20% than what it was under Regan, For families making over $250,000 the tax rates will go back to what they were in the 1990's. He will cut taxes and still keep the budget down by lowering spending in other areas.
