Don't Be Scammed by "Get Rich Quick" Schemes

Forget all of these sites that say you can make $xx amount of money in xx amount of hours. Those are things that you strictly need to avoid. Paid survey sites have become increasingly popular and on the search engines have become one of the most searched terms. Exactly how legitimate are these sites? Truth be told, very few can be trusted. People these days have become so money hungry that they will invest any amount of money to get more back. However, in most cases, they never see the money they have paid again. In this article, we will go over a few different tips to spotting a scam and I will also tell you about a few sites that have actually paid me as promised.

Using common sense to spot a scam:

Now, most of us should know when something doesn't sound right, but there are some who just don't care. All they want is money and they won't stop investing until they see the cash flowing in. I will assure that this is not going to happen. Anyone with a brain can tell you that you can't make a thousand dollars in one week with paid surveys or paid-to sites. I will admit that I have indeed been scammed by a site that I thought was truly legitimate. I once thought making that extreme amount of money in that little time would work, but that was before I did proper research and experienced being scammed myself.

1. Do A LOT of research - I can't stress this enough to people to always research a company or site before giving out personal information and especially before sending a payment of any kind. That is the main problem with us these days, we're all too lazy to do our own research. If you don't want to take the time to look up information either get someone else to do it or simply don't join the site. What I recommend is to go to BBB.com and do a company search. I know a lot of the legitimate sites aren't listed, but hey, it's always a start.
