Celebrity Look-A-Likes

On the TV Guide channel, there is a program called "Look-A-Like" in which ordinary people are made up to look like their favorite stars. This is always fascinating, and I'm sure truly exciting for the participants. But what I find even more fascinating, is the number of celebrities who happen to look like each other. When you think about it, it's quite easy to get certain Hollywood celebrities confused. The most popular pair of "twins" these days seems to be Republican VP Nominee Sarah Palin and Saturday Night Live star Tina Fey. But in light of the uncanny likeness, here are a few famous people that I've always thought bore eerie resemblances to one another...

Nicole Scherzinger and Roselyn Sanchez

I was at a friend's house and some silly movie called Chasing Papi was on television. I remember saying to myself "Hmm.. I didn't know that that Pussycat Doll had made a movie..." It was then that I discovered the similarities between Nicole Scherzinger and Roselyn Sanchez. Despite how much these two exotic beauties look alike, only one is actually of Hispanic descent (Sanchez). I am convinced that if these two walked down the street together, people everywhere would think they were clones of one another.

Rachel Griffiths and Juliette Lewis

Here is my favorite pair of look-alike celebrities. Lewis happens to be a tad younger than her doppelganger, Rachel Griffiths. But their eyes share the same mischievous glint, as well as coloring. Couple that with similarities in facial structure and nose shape, and you just might find yourself checking their genealogy charts.

One evening while I was watching one of my favorite programs, "What Not To Wear", I kept getting this nagging sensation. I was enjoying Carmindy's make-up segment of the show, and found myself wondering who in the world it was that she reminded me of. And then the little light bulb went off over my head: a younger Kim Cattrall!
