As a senior citizen, it's important to get plenty of fiber in your diet. It is easy to do by adding fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grains to the diet. It's also easy to add a no-taste-no-grit fiber supplement that you can place into your favorite recipes or drinks. You may want to consider a liquid vitamin supplement since they are absorbed into the body more quickly than a tablet or gel tab that needs to dissolve before it can deliver its benefits to your body.

Good article! It's unfortunate that many seniors are too worried about paying for prescriptions to buy good vitamins. then again, if more people took vitamins regularly they may not be getting so sick.
