SHOOTING GUARD RANKINGS

1. Kobe Bryant - Los Angeles Lakers
Not many compare to Kobe's overall value on fantasy basketball teams.

2. Dwayne Wade - Miami Heat
Health is a major issue, but teaming with Shawn Marion and Michael Beasley should help him become a premiere fantasy basketball option again.

3. Allen Iverson - Denver Nuggets
Iverson's good all-around numbers are nearly a for-sure bet every year in fantasy basketball leagues.

4. Danny Granger - Indiana Pacers
Granger emerged as a complete package for fantasy basketball owners last year, expect more of the same this year.

5. Kevin Martin - Sacramento Kings
Excellent 3 point source, and exceptional free throw percentage and low turnover totals.

6. Andre Iguodala - Philadelphia 76ers
Iguodala's all-around game is perfect for fantasy basketball teams in head-to-head leagues.

7. Paul Pierce - Boston Celtics
Another SG/SF switch player with a great all-around game.

8. Vince Carter - New Jersey Nets
Vince is the veteran in NJ with Kidd and Richard Jefferson gone.

9. Joe Johnson - Atlanta Hawks
Bibby will take away Johnson's assist total, but a spike in points and rebounds is a sure bet.

11. Brandon Roy - Portland Trailblazers

Roy could make a Chris Paul/Deron Williams type of leap into the top 5 PG's by seasons end in fantasy basketball.

12. Ray Allen - Boston Celtics
Master of the 3 and excellent free throws, but doesn't offer much else to fantasy basketball teams.

13. Michael Redd - Milwaukee Bucks
See Ray Allen above.

14. Josh Howard - Dallas Mavericks

15. Corey Maggette - Golden State Warriors

16. Mike Miller - Minnesota Timberwolves
Excellent source of 3-pointers and great free throw percentage.

17. Kevin Durant - Oklahoma City Thunder
Great scoring option, but field goal percentages aren't up to par yet.
