Hi, My name is Ray Johnson. I am located in S.E. PA. My mission is starting a non-profit Community TV Cable Station on the Comcast System in our County (Chester). I had my first meeting with interested community persons in becoming Board of Directors for the TV channel. I have a second meeting coming up to make decisions on filing the proper forms for our channel to be qualified as a non-profit org. What recommencations can you offer to me at this early stage? I'll follow the information given above. What additional infor do you have on a start-up community cable TV channel. Thanks Ray Johnson
