Steps of your Life

The greatest step of all to take,
and to make your own,
is the very next step.
The next step, always departs,
from you, only as you are, right now.

Steps taken, are mistaken for progress.
Until mistakes are shown still,
to be steps of truth,
leading to love of all life.
All is life, stepping for you, in you, now.

Somehow reaching higher,
from denying neither,
the truth of you,
or the quietness of reason.
Life lifts you, through its own steps

Reason argues against truth,
until truth often gives in.
With a grin, truth departs,
and charts a new course for you.
In the end, truth will always win,
over the treason of reason.

Truth loves you, without reason.
For truth goes forwards with you.
Reason only ever explains,
and maintains, even ascertains,
where you have come from, so far.
Reason hoards itself, towards itself.

Reason has its adhesion to trusting itself.
Truth reasons not, while reason loves not.
Truth sings for joy, as reason plays with its toy.
The next steps are taken, jumped two at a time.
Only to be reminded, by reason, progressive progress,
is reasonably only taken. More than one step, is a crime.

Reasonably reason is never spotting,
the very next new step approaching.
Until truth steps back in, encroaching,
to take it for you, leaping past all reason.
While reason is still seasoning,
itself with nothing, but itself, and its adhesion.
