Does This Compact Vacuum Live Up to It's Claims?

When I first took the Bissel 3-Way Bagless out of the package, I noticed that it was only in two pieces. This was great, because I hate putting things together! Putting the Bissel 3-Way Bagless turned out to be as easy as snapping two pieces together- and it was ready to go! I turned my Bissel 3-Way Bagless on right then to try it out on some Cheerios my daughter had spilled earlier. The vacuum picked up the cheerios quite well on my rather thick carpet- but it was pretty hard to move around. The Bissel 3-Way is definitely best suited to only spot-cleaning carpet. It won't pick up any deep embedded dirt, and it'd be hard to push over a large surface of carpeted floors.
After using the Bissel 3-Way Bagless on my carpet I decided to try it on my kitchen floor. It worked a lot better than a dust pan and broom! The only problem is that the Bissel 3-Way Bagless was hard to get into the spaces beneath my cabinets and refrigerator like a broom can. I really felt like the Bissel 3-Way prepped my kitchen for mopping, though! I next tried it on my tile bathroom floors. I have long hair, so you can imagine what gets all over my bathroom floor! It picked up the hair alright, but not as well as my full size Bissel vacuum. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who thinks they will be able to use it to clean up pet hair off their kitchen or tile floors, because it just won't do the trick! I would definitely recommend it to someone who wants to use it instead of a broom and dustpan, though!
