How to Make Baked Hash Brown Casserole

2 12 oz packages of frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
3 C half and half
1/2 C butter
1 t salt
1/2 C parmesan cheese, grated

Heat cream and butter, add salt. Place hash browns in baking dish (9x13). Pour cream mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
