OBAMA SHOULD BE PAYING the MCCAIN CAMPAIGN

The Barack Obama campaign should be paying the McCain folks for running those terrorist ads. You know those ads, the ones which imply that Obama is palling around with Bill Ayers now, a man who was a known terrorist when Obama was 8 years old.

So why should the Democrats pay the Republicans? Because at a time when the entire financial world has been hit by a tsunami, the McCain camp is stressing the wrong attack on Obama's background and character.

These ads seem to indicate a desperate attempt to catch up in the polls. The Polling data shows that this is backfiring, causing Obama's favorables to rise while McCain's favorable responses fall.

All that the ads have done according to the polls is to convince the voters that Obama is a safer choice for President.

Does this indicate that the American public is more sophisticated than they have been given credit for by the media? Is this poll data accurate or is it a facade to avoid racial overtones? Only the election will tell.
