Frontier Airlines Has a Lot to Offer Travelers

With so many airlines to choose from, price can often be a tiebreaker when trying to decide among them. Many people go by whatever fare is cheapest and do not have any airline loyalty at all. I am not one of those people. Frontier Airlines is my favorite airline, hands down.

Frontier Airlines usually has some of the best prices and flies everywhere I would want to go, which is an obvious plus. Living near Denver, which is their hub, is also a plus. This makes it easy to find flights, as so many flights originate, depart, or have a
lay over here. There are other features that make it a great airline though.

One of these features is Frontier's track record for on-time departures/arrivals. Sometimes delays are inevitable but this airline seems to try their best to avoid them. The few times they are late, it is almost never a drastic delay (with the exception of extreme weather like blizzards).

Frontier Airlines also seems to have a great track record of keeping track of people's luggage. I have flown on this airline many times and they have never ever lost my bags. The few times I flew on other airlines, my bags were sometimes lost. It once took 3 days for another airline to get my bag to me.

While good prices, good availability of prices, on time arrivals/departures, and no lost luggage are fantastic, perhaps Frontier Airlines' best quality is their customer service. All of their employees, from the ticket counter to the flight attendants, seem to always remain upbeat and providing friendly service.

Even during the recent Colorado blizzard they continued to provide great service. I flew out of Denver International Airport the day it reopened following the blizzard, and didn't get to the airport until late that night. It had been a long day for travelers and employees alike and the airport was a bit of a madhouse. Despite the awful day most people at D.I.A. had been having, each Frontier Airlines employee I encountered offered me great service and was able to help me get a standby seat on a late flight since I missed my original one. (Maybe it helped a little that I tried to remain positive and friendly with each employee I encountered.)
