Master Cleanse Tongue Coating: What to Expect, and What to Do About It.

So, you've heard of the master cleanse I'm sure... it's become fairly popular in the last while due to celebrities trying it, but it's been around for over 50 years now. I've got some experience with it now, and got this question a few times about the master cleanse: tongue coating. So I
decided to write this article to talk about it a little bit.

If you're just thinking of starting the master cleanse, or maybe you even got here and don't know what it's even about, how to do it or anything else like that... check out the article at the bottom. It's got all the info you need to know to try it out for yourself and see how you like it. But! If you're halfway through it and have started noticing a few gross things about your tongue, then you might be wondering what's going on with that.

Most people now seem to be under the impression that the Master Cleanse is a good weight loss regimine... it does lose you weight pretty quick, but what it's really for is detox.. it clears all the crap that's cluttering up your system, finally letting your body run the way it's supposed to. This is extremely important in a toxic environment like the one our culture has created... I recommend this diet to all my friends because of it.

Usually when you see the master cleanse now, it's as a 10 day diet... but originally, you'd go on it until your body cleared out of the worst of it. While it's clearing the gunk out, it's coming out of every dark corner in your body, and all that garbage is floating up to the surface... your tongue being one of those places, so it'll look kind of gross for a while. Originally it was recommended that you go on the master cleanse until your tongue clears, but that can take as much as 20 days... even more if you're extremely full of toxins and parasites (more and more this is the case in this society). So you might be better off doing just the 10 day one every 3 months or so... you might not get to where your tongue is pink again until the second or third cleanse, but 20 days is too extreme for most people.
