Halloween episodes are a fun and not-too-scary way to introduce toddlers to the holiday. These kids shows for toddlers and preschoolers are airing TV episodes this season. Set the DVR and record them to make your own Halloween episode compilation. The shows are airing on Noggin (commercial-free), Nickelodeon, Disney Channel and PBS (commercial-free).
