Sunflower Naturals: Non - Toxic Body Care
An E-Book Review
I don't usually do book reviews, because I figure that everyone's likes and dislikes are different. But, I found Sunflower Naturals: Non Toxic Body Care to be quite interesting. I decided I would share it with those of you who are interested in natural non toxic products. The e-book was written by Emily Patterson, who is a content producer for Associated Content. Since I have read many of Emily's articles and thought them to be well written and knowledgeable, I decided I wanted to read some of the e-books she has
I have never down loaded an e-book, but it was actually quite an easy process, and before I knew it, I had the books right on my computer. Sunflower Naturals is not very long, so there is no need to worry that it might clog up your computer. Once it is downloaded, you can simply print it out and delete it from your computer, if you wish. If, like me, you've never downloaded a book, the instructions on the web site are quite clear and easy to follow.
The book is written in a very easy to understand style, that I've come to enjoy from Emily Patterson. She describes everything you need to make your own non toxic body care products right in your own kitchen. These "concoctions" (her word) are made from things you probably have in your cupboards. They are all pure, natural and nontoxic items.
Emily is no novice to the world of natural products. According to her books, she has been making and using her own products for over 12 years. That is a good testament to the fact that the product recipes are tried and true!
The e-book Sunflower Naturals includes a great chart on using essential oils. I have been using essential oils for quite sometime now, and found this chart to be an exceptionally helpful guide. For a beginner who is just starting out exploring the use of essential oils, this guide would be invaluable!
Emily Patterson does sell the products she makes through her web site that is also called Sunflower Naturals, but she is also offering her recipes in this e-book download format for a mere $7.49. I was surprised that the book packed such a wealth of information into such a small price.
