ShackRabbit Guide to Natural Cleaning

An E-Book Review

This is the 2nd part of the series of e-books I wanted to tell you about. If you prefer to clean your home with all natural non toxic things, then this book is a must read. It was written by Emily Patterson, and actually comes as a free download when you order her other e-book called
Sunflower Naturals Non Toxic Body Care.

Emily started "going green" over 12 years ago when her son was born. Her going green tactic was born at of the fear of having the "normal" cleaning products in her home around her son. Reading the labels on them convinced her that there had to be a better and safer way to clean your home. So she started mixing her own "concoctions" (her word).

She has organized all of her tried and true natural cleaning products into a 33 paged digital book, that is packed full of useful tips, and recipes on making your own cleaning products. I've read articles here and there about natural home cleaning products, but this is the first booklet I've came across that is just filled with all of the information you need to go green, all located in one place.

Using natural products is good for the environment, but it is also good for your health as well. This is another reason that spurred Emily Patterson into the natural line of products. Many home spray cleaners will induce an asthma attack. Emily talks about this in an article on Associated Content. You can read that article here, if you are interested. Http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/1089149/asthma_kills_11_people_every_day_in.html?cat=70

As an asthma sufferer, I find the connection between asthma and cleaner use to be true and I have to be very careful of the products I use. I have switched to a lot of my own natural cleaners. That's why I find this book of Emily Patterson's to be so interesting, not only to read but to put to good use.

Another reason to go green is the savings. Many think going green is expensive. The products that you purchase in the store that claim to be environmentally safe, are expensive. If you make your own it will cost you next to pennies to mix up a bucket of mop water. You'll get the stuff to do it with right out of your cabinets!

This sounds like a good resource. I like that fact about money being donated to breast cancer research.
