To start, the aging process makes our hand's skin looking thinner over time. No fat is under, which allows us to see veins very clearly. The absence of fat causes our skin to become dry and loose, which exposes the veins more. In addition, age spots and sunspots begin to appear causing even more strife. The only way to prevent aged looking hands is by making efforts to protect them in the first place. Ways to do so involve limiting exposure to the sun and limiting our hand's immersion into water. In addition, there is the choice of using bleaching creams prescribed by dermatologists. Dark pigmented spots pop up like clockwork on aging hands and these creams help to reduce the discoloration.
